This virtual training is being sponsored by the HHSC's Crisis Services Program. Crisis Services contractors have priority for this training.

This virtual training will provide an introduction to the diagnoses of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and how certain mental health diagnoses may present in the population. Additionally, the class will provide information on the unique needs of individuals diagnosed with IDD and MH experiencing crises and recommendations for assessment and intervention.  Special thanks to Integral Care who is providing this training.

This virtual training provides 2 hours of Continuing Education Credits for the following licenses: Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Supported Employment Specialist. Upon successful completion of this virtual training, you will earn a certificate of completion and (if applicable) continuing education credit.
