This 2-day virtual training will review the foundations of Clinical and Reflective Supervision. Day 1 will review supervisory relationship and contract, supervisor and supervisee self-assessment, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, multicultural competence, and client outcomes. Day 2 will review Models of Supervision, Evaluation and Feedback, Professionalism, Relationship strength and personal factors and self-care.
This virtual training provides 6 hours of Continuing Education Credits for the following licenses: Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist, Chemical Dependency Counselor, Peer Specialist, Supported Employment Specialist and Certified Family Partner. Upon successful completion of this virtual training, you will earn a certificate of completion and (if applicable) continuing education credit.
