Embracing Grief: Integrative Approaches for Addressing Perinatal Loss Virtual: May 15, 2025

In this training, we will address the profound impact of perinatal loss. Loss is one the most painful experiences within the perinatal community, for ourselves and for our affected clients. Perinatal loss is often not spoken about, leading the grieving person to suffer in silence.

Given the unique demands of working with perinatal loss, we will be dedicating our time to clinical approaches and treatment methods. We will honor and understand this experience and the complexities of healing, cover the different types of perinatal loss and their rates of occurrence, subsequent possible mood, anxiety or trauma-related disorders, and therapeutic approaches and healing rituals. Our hope is to shed light on this often daunting topic and give clinicians tangible tools to treat the grieving parent.
