Harm reduction helps case managers work with clients to reduce risky behaviors and promote safety while living in housing. In this introductory virtual training, participants will learn about the harm reduction model and practical strategies on how to apply it with the people the work with. Participants will learn how they can apply a harm reduction framework to help those they work with manage active substance use, mental health struggles, and other challenges that may place them at risk.
