Motivational Interviewing is a leading therapeutic technique designed to increase a person’s internal readiness for change. Our trainings provide a thorough foundation of understanding MI theory and practice. All major concepts are presented in a progressive way, so each principle and skill builds on the other. In training, we utilize small group practices to learn and build comfort with the techniques of MI. Our goal is that each participant who applies themselves in this training will be ready to implement these skills in their clinical work immediately after the training.
