Pregnancy and Postpartum Mental Health: What Psychotherapists Should Know Virtual: August 19, 2025

This introduction to perinatal mental health provides the foundations for providing psychotherapy to clients in the perinatal period, or the time from pregnancy through the first postpartum year.

Led by Wildflower Center for Emotional Health, this training is intended for psychotherapists developing their knowledge and understanding of the perinatal population. The trainer will review relevant terms, statistics, and interventions and discuss the next steps to increase expertise as a perinatal therapist.

• A colleague may be substituted at no extra charge if Centralized Training is notified at least two business days before the training.

• Requests for refunds for an in-person/virtual workshop must be received 72 hours prior to the workshop.
