Registrants must be certified Peer Specialist Supervisors (PSS)
This 2.0-hour continuing education training explores how trauma influences behavior, communication, decision-making, and workplace relationships while providing supervisors with practical approaches for integrating trauma-informed principles into supervision and service delivery. Participants will examine strategies for fostering psychological safety, trust, collaboration, and resilience among Peer Specialists while creating workplace environments that promote healing, professional growth, and recovery-oriented services.

Participation requires a webcam and audio. Cellphones are not allowed.
